Remember Fruits are considered as a Snack! Incorporate them into your daily meal plan.
If you don’t like eating Fruits, blend them with some ice and have a Smoothie! Add some grains such as Flax seeds, Chia Seeds, Sunflower seeds, pour in a bit of Almond Milk and it’s a Meal!
