Season up your Callaloo with Black pepper, a little Garlic powder, then cook it up with some salt fish and tomatoes and you’re good to go!
If you need to have Carbs, have Good Carbs like our good old Ground Provisions in small portions such as a small piece of sweet potato and 2 pieces of boiled banana or make a Callaloo sandwich with 2 slices of Whole Grain bread. Your meal would then be stacked with fibre and iron!
