A lot of us may not like the taste of Oatmeal, but when it comes to a Healthy Breakfast, Oatmeal is best.
The trick is to spice up your Oatmeal with a dash of Nutmeg and Cinnamon, then sweeten it the healthy way!
Try adding a Banana, Blueberries, a few raisins, a small amount of Strawberries and you’ve got your daily serving of Fruits in the same bowl too.
If you don’t like eating fruits, it’s a WIN WIN.
If adding any Milk, ensure you use an unsweetened, original low calorie Almond Milk or skimmed Milk.
