If you have weight loss goals or you are trying to maintain and feel the urge to drink liquor, have a look alike!

You can have 1-2 glasses of wine,  but if you are trying to avoid alcohol completely and remember that wine has calories too, try a Club Soda or Tonic Water with lime/lemon. Throw a dash of mint in there and you’ve got your very own ‘Mojito’.

Great for small, social gatherings, it’s the perfect definition of Drinking Responsibly 😀
