Throwback Tuesday to a healthy Sunday Dinner cooked by Chef boy RB! That’s my husband, Randy Burgess.

Salmon baked with Herb infused olive oil and garnished with Garlic Chive, along with green bean and spinach Salad and rosemary Potatoes. Absolutely delish! #SugaSnaps and #WifeyStripes

You can have Fun eating healthy at home too! Salmon is quick and easy.

Just lightly season your Salmon with pepper and garlic salt to allow the flavour of the fish to shine through and that delish, simple bake just takes 15 to 20 minutes wrapped in foil at 360°!

Cheers to Tuesday! I can’t believe it’s not alcohol!

If you have weight loss goals or you are trying to maintain and feel the urge to drink liquor, have a look alike!

You can have 1-2 glasses of wine,  but if you are trying to avoid alcohol completely and remember that wine has calories too, try a Club Soda or Tonic Water with lime/lemon. Throw a dash of mint in there and you’ve got your very own ‘Mojito’.

Great for small, social gatherings, it’s the perfect definition of Drinking Responsibly 😀

Eating Fun the Healthy Way this Easter with Stush in the Bush at HOME!

Stush in the Bush was a necessity for me, staying home in Kingston during the Easter weekend lockdown. I was looking forward to it, I made plans for it, I scheduled it and most importantly, they helped me create a Culinary Experience for Hubby and I to enjoy at Home.

Don’t forget, we dressed Stush for it!

💖 Stush in the Bush FRITTERS with Ackee & Saltfish: Sweet Potato Cakes w/ vegan parmesan & fresh herbs
👌🏾I made my Ackee peppery for balance.

💖 Stush in the Bush customized spelt, gluten-free EASTER BUN & VEGAN ALMOND RICOTTA (Spelt & Gluten free flour mix. No Guinness, but molasses. No processed sugar, but agave & maple syrup; No mixed peel/fruits, but solely raisins)

👌🏾Perfection. I did not have the urge to taste 1 slice of HTB Easter Bun. Believe. Not too sweet. Moist, but not heavy. Well balanced and quite a tasty pairing with the Almond Ricotta.

💖 Stush in the Bush PIZZA: Kale Pesto, Vegetarian/Vegan Cheddar, Ricotta, Carrot lox, Olives, Capers, Arugula, Dill
👌🏾I forgot to ask for a less Vegan Cheddar, but it was still absolutely delicious and guilt-free. No dairy overload and no sinus migraines!

Start your week off the right way and remember you can eat healthy the fun way on weekends too!

I enjoyed going to the The Commissary by Devon House and using Simo’s Bread and Catering’s Cherry Tomato Salsa to top off my loaded baked Potato Wedges and Chicken franks (meat optional) also topped off with black beans and corn. Great for a light Lunch.

Then I had a little extra left and used it top off my Sunday Dinner! Hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed Simo’s Bread and Catering’s Vegan Pesto with my Grilled Chicken & whole grain Linguine Pasta, also topped off with a dash of low-fat, low calorie (20 cal.!) grated Parmesan Cheese.
