Did you know sometimes when you feel hungry, you are actually just thirsty? Hydration is important. Drink some water and give your body 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer, to get the message to your brain.
Drinking 8 8-ounce glasses/2L/ half a gallon of water per day is ideal.
