Ripe Banana – 1 medium sized
Unsweetened Orig. Almond Milk/Skimmed Milk – 1 Cup
Flaxseed – 1 tbsp.
Water – 1 Cup
A dash of Cinnamon
A dash of Nutmeg

An easy, but healthy & classy one is a Honey Glazed Salmon with Basmati rice and a fresh garden Salad on the side topped off with an olive oil based vinaigrette/ finely grated parmesan cheese

A Gift Box with a package of their favourite Teas and a 70% or more Dark Chocolate

A Bouquet of Flowers & a bottle of Wine, but not a sweet Rosa or Moscato. Try the Dr. L Riesling, a Cab Sav, Merlot /Pinot Noir

If you must Dine out, ensure the menu has Salmon, Fish (Baked, Grillled/Roasted), a roasted Duck/Chicken Dish with Potatoes & veggies or a grilled/slow braised rack of Lamb

Surprise them with Homemade Dessert!
A BANANA SPLIT
A Ripe banana split in two with plain, Greek Yoghurt topped off with Raisins or shredded Dark Chocolate + Nuts

If you have to get Fast Food out of convenience or it is what fits in with the Kids’ schedule and you want to lose or maintain your weight, HERE YOU GO!

? Look towards the bottom or far right side of the Menu Boards

? Get Chicken Soup instead of Red Peas Soup, Grilled Chicken Salads or Salad Wraps instead of Fried Foods

? Don’t let the Side Options catch you. Try Potatoes sauteed in Garlic instead of Deep fried or Corn on the Cob that is either steamed, boiled, grilled/roasted!

? Try tender Grilled Chicken Sandwiches instead of Fried Beef or Fish Sandwiches

? Out at a Pool Lyme or Beach trips and you aren’t in charge of ordering? Always choose the BBQ Option
E.g. BBQ Chicken or Wings instead of Fried Chicken or Pizza

? There are great Breakfast Options such as Ackee & Saltfish or Callaloo, NOT Stewed Chicken. Buy them in the am and warm up for Lunch at the office
