Eating Healthy with PRESS Café who Delivers Now!

Two weeks ago I had fun ordering Healthy from one of my faves, PRESS Café. Their online menu is user friendly, they are consistently reliable with processing your order on time and you can customize your order too.

I enjoyed the Chickpea & Turkey Breast Salad, loaded with Turkey breast, Chickpeas, lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, onions and sesame seeds. I didn’t request a dressing, but a vinaigrette is available.

I then satisfied my sweet tooth the healthy way by ordering PRESS’s Chia Pudding (Chia seeds, almond milk, agave, vanilla extract and my topping of choice, blueberries). You can definitely try making any of these at home, but it’s worth the convenience at PRESS.

Did you know sometimes when you feel hungry, you are actually just thirsty? Hydration is important. Drink some water and give your body 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer, to get the message to your brain.

Don’t like Oatmeal? Load it up with Fruits!

A lot of us may not like the taste of Oatmeal, but when it comes to a Healthy Breakfast, Oatmeal is best.
The trick is to spice up your Oatmeal with a dash of Nutmeg and Cinnamon, then sweeten it the healthy way!

Try adding a Banana, Blueberries, a few raisins, a small amount of Strawberries and you’ve got your daily serving of Fruits in the same bowl too.

If you don’t like eating fruits, it’s a WIN WIN.

If adding any Milk, ensure you use an unsweetened, original low calorie Almond Milk or skimmed Milk.
