Quinoa is a great source of Protein and is also a Healthy Carbohydrate. So it contains an adequate amount of fibre to help keep you fuller for longer.

For a fun, healthy Quinoa Salad, try the following:

● Quinoa as your base

● Cherry Tomatoes

● Black Olives

● Black Beans

● Kidney Beans

● Cauliflower

● Coriander

*** You can add a light, olive oil-based vinaigrette and squeeze a touch of lemon or lime juice for a touch more flavour and freshness
