Remember Getting Up without Sound Effects? Tennis Tuesday means CannaBuzzz 876 Pain Oil!

Can you relate? Tennis Tuesday means CannaBuzzz 876 Pain Oil !

It’s great to see your past Biotech lab partner from UWI putting formulas to work to create products for his own business! Leslie Bryan has done just that with CannaBuzzz 876!

When you’re active and hit about 32, 33 years, just about every week you may feel a different ache or pain. We just hope it doesn’t linger right?

Well Suga used to do modern dance, which over time can become hard on the knees and with being on my feet everyday, all day for work, Personal Training, adding Tennis to that, I even developed a Heel Spur!

I have been using CannaBuzzz 876 PAIN OIL since early April 2021 and so has hubby. No more Tiger Balm smell and it works!

We started feeling less pain to almost no pain within 2 weeks. We also enjoyed CannaBuzzz 876 Gummies for our Anniversary 😃

Check out CannaBuzzz 876 by Leslie Bryan now! Direct message or call with questions. He is a scientist! So well versed on all his products. You can now find the Pain Oil (great for inflammation, joint pains, muscle spasms, stiffness, insect bites etc.) and Hair Growth Oil/Beard Oil in Medi-Centre Pharmacy in Clock Tower Plaza or have your products delivered to you!

TGIF to Sal’s Sweets Baking the World a Better Place!

TGIF and #fbf to #Sugataster Randy and I indulging in the unique variety of Sal’s Sweets delights.

From practicing Financial Services in Estonia and Florida to settling back home in Jamaica and practicing her passion, Sal Mahtani brings out the flavours she has grown up with that complement each other so well. She is of Indian heritage and has family in the Phillipines, where she has visited as well as countries in Europe. Being well travelled, she has demonstrated a knack for playing with different flavours, for anything but an average result.

This home-taught Baker started out baking Lemon Rosemary Scones for herself and friends while living in Florida. Go figure!

In a currently saturated field of Bakers especially during the pandemic, Sal does not do the classic Cookies, Cupcakes, Banana Bread or Cinnamon Rolls. It’s innate for her to do spin offs.

Russian Tea Cookies
Peanut Butter Blossoms
Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies
Baklava with a twist!
Baklava with a twist! (Shortbread crust, layered with nuts, baked with filo dough on top and drizzled with pumpkin spice syrup!)
Carrot Cake with a twist! Carrot Cake loaf topped off with with roasted walnuts, cranberries and spiced cream cheese frosting!

Her signature Cookies are Russian Tea Cookies that melt in your mouth, using her Mom’s recipe that she has recreated to offer vegans too. Her Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies with local Chocollor Chocolate, Earl Grey Lavendar Cookies and atypical Baklava are divine. A twist on the classic Baklava, using a shortbread crust, layered with nuts, baked with filo dough on top and drizzled with pumpkin spice syrup! Excellent texture for travel, whether it’s you or Sal! She frequently comes to Kingston on weekends from Ocho Rios for pick up and can facilitate FREE Delivery. Her products are now in the new Ciao Bella Café and soon to be in Lala’s Nutmeg in Ocho Rios!

Looking forward to Sal’s Sweets’  Summer spin offs! A little birdie told me I can look out for Lychee Lavendar, Chai and Lemon Basil flavours with Popsicles in the mix!

Happy July 1 Jamaica! Please Use Your Curfew Responsibly

Location: Gee Jam Hotel, Port Antonio, Jamaica.

Happy July 1 Jamaica! Please use your Curfew responsibly.

2nd dose vaccine blitz this weekend! Remember it typically takes 2 weeks after vaccination for the body to build protection against Covid-19.

We have an upcoming school term in Jamaica where we hope the kids can get back on track with face to face school and not to mention, two long upcoming weekends, Emacipation AND Independence.

Let’s have a #shotboysummer
and #shotgirlsummer💉 responsibly. Continue to wear your masks, try not to talk close up to persons’ face when drinking and spray spray spray! Keep up proper sanitization practices.

XoXo, Suga 💖

Happy Hump Day! I love Matcha and the Matcha Chiller from Rituals Coffee House!

Matcha is specially grown green tea leaves, finely grounded into a nutrient rich powder. It has caffeine properties to give you a boost of energy without the jitters.

My Matcha Chiller with Almond milk was fantastic along with my yummy, tender Mexican Grilled Chicken Sandwich last Saturday for Lunch.

If you can’t have caffeine, try the Matcha Chiller at Rituals Coffee House in Village Plaza!

If not, Coffee Roasters Jamaica will give you the dose of caffeine you need.

Enjoy a cup of Matcha or Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee today to get you through to the end of the week!

Whether it is Coffee Roasters Jamaica (Ig:@coffeeroastersjamaica), Moy Hall Estate Coffee (Ig:@moyhallcoffee), Stoneleigh Coffee (Ig:  @stoneleigh.coffee), Cafe Blue (Ig: @cafeblueja) or Jablum Coffee (Ig:  @jablumcoffee), you name it! Drink Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee! Sip the Greatness.
