💪🾠Combine Toning with Cardiovascular Exercises Targeting 1 area alone will not help. Shed first, then tone & condition desired area
💪ðŸ¾Reduce Risk of Training Injury If you focus on Legs today, give the muscles time to recover & focus on Arms the next day. Also, Stretch!
💪ðŸ¾Train EARLY in the morning It kickstarts your metabolism & benefits can last up to hours after training
💪ðŸ¾Increase Weights/Resistance over time Once you perfect form without or with weights, take it up a notch. More challenging but yields better results
