Thanks so much Carlos Maxbrown for hosting me and hubby for my Birthday Dinner. Yall know when it’s JUNE, I celebrate all Month!
I was delighted to close out Gemini Season at TRIO – One of the best outdoor spots in Kingston for a date night, special occasion or even just casual lunch and dinner. Suga has done it all there and I’ve never been disappointed.
They take their time with service, but the ambience is just right especially at night and when the food arrives, “yuh belly feel arite”.
Whether Seafood, Meats or Both are your fave, kudos to their Chef for mastering them all. They do a killer Surf and Turf and I celebrated Gemini Season with their succulent and sufficiently sized Lamb Chops.
They left me yearning for that Chargrilled Octopus Appetizer though, so I am definitely returning for that soon.
Their Wine List is extensive and is perfect for pairing. Bottle Service is also available in a private section if you are taking your special occasion dining to the next level.
Check out TRIO Grill Wine Bar ! They continue to be #SugaEndorsed.
Cheers to another Weekend!

3. BUILDS CORE STRENGTH With proper execution of Water Aerobics movement, you are forced to activate your core to keep balanced and stable above water.
4. IT IMPROVES MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY Some movements involve bending towards the toes, reaching upwards, stretching the back, arms etc. If you stumble or lose your balance, the water makes for a soft landing.
5. IT CAN BR A RECOVERY WORKOUT Helps you wind down from other workouts

In the words of my childhood classmate “Jamaica is so much more than reggae colors!” @sugalifestyle this was a beautiful event. Thank you for the invite and showing the world what Jamaica has to offer. We are excellence. #jamaicanart #jamaicancuisine #Jamaicanculture”
Shanique took time out from her trip back to Jamaica to Support her fellow alma mater a.k.a childhood classmate 🙂 (Go Immaculate!) and Jamaica Land We Love. Thank You, Blessings and One Love Shanique!

Suga Lifestyle’s Art and Lifestyle Expo Launch held over a week ago highlighted Suga Lifestyle’s GW Art pictured, and our promotion of local businesses and entrepreneurs, with a focus on the Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (MSME) sector, showcasing Art, Fashion, Food and Lifestyle.
However, as with most of our Events, another observation was highlighted by our Keynote Speaker, Senator the Honourable, Aubyn Hill. Though a few male vendors were showcased, vendors were predominantly female, also highlighting the critical role of Women and their contribution to the Creative Industry and Commerce, which remains vital to the stimulation of our economy.
We Empower MSMEs, but have to give kudos to and showcase that the the driving force behind the majority of the Businesses we select, happen to be Women. That says a lot in 2023. Is the World Ready?
