SQUATS:
Keep the Knees behind the Toes amf back as straight as you can. Start with a chair if you need to get the form right. You should feel as if you are just about to sit down, your toes may lift off the floor, but keep the core tight, not losing your balance, then squeeeeeze to come up
LUNGES:
Back leg should be 90° and the front leg too, but the opposite way. Keep the feet facing forward, pushing back on the heel to get back up, keeping the back straight. Do a few on 1 side then switch to the next.
AB CRUNCHES:
Keep the Elbows out! Knees together. Feel the tension by checking your lower midcore.
BICEP CURLS:
After you curl up, remember to fully extend the arm on the way down to prevent a strain. Always do in sets.
PLANK:
Keep the butt and head in line with the spine. Don’t sink the back. Don’t stick the butt up in the air. It’s not that kind of bootcamp!
*If doing an upright plank, keep the shoulders over the palms.

2. The Pregnant, Elderly, Ill & Young are exempt from Fasting. If Pregnant, at least 4 to 5 servings of Fruits & Veggies are needed to prevent Constipation. Constipation is a side effect of Fasting.
3. If you decide to Fast or do intermittent Fasting, do Low intensity Exercises such as Yoga, Pilates, Walking
4. Abstain from Meat such as Lamb, Beef, Pork, Chicken etc.

If you have to get Fast Food out of convenience or it is what fits in with the Kids’ schedule and you want to lose or maintain your weight, HERE YOU GO!
? Look towards the bottom or far right side of the Menu Boards
? Get Chicken Soup instead of Red Peas Soup, Grilled Chicken Salads or Salad Wraps instead of Fried Foods
? Don’t let the Side Options catch you. Try Potatoes sauteed in Garlic instead of Deep fried or Corn on the Cob that is either steamed, boiled, grilled/roasted!
? Try tender Grilled Chicken Sandwiches instead of Fried Beef or Fish Sandwiches
? Out at a Pool Lyme or Beach trips and you aren’t in charge of ordering? Always choose the BBQ Option E.g. BBQ Chicken or Wings instead of Fried Chicken or Pizza
? There are great Breakfast Options such as Ackee & Saltfish or Callaloo, NOT Stewed Chicken. Buy them in the am and warm up for Lunch at the office
* * * BONUS TIP * * * It is the Options you choose and what you say not to add! Avoid combos with Sodas, Choose Water. E.g. No Fries, No dumplings, No Cheese, No Mayo, No Salad dressing
If you have to, make Fast Food the Healthiest it can be for you. You’re Welcome! Let me carry you through 2023!
