Kamila’s Kitchen has been in the works for some time now, but officially opened in April of this year, with Kamila McDonald picking up where her parents left off, taking full advantage of the fact that Vegetarian and Vegan Food is now trending.
There IS a McDonald Farm, but not an old one. 🙂 It’s growing with the Kitchen and meals are Farm to Fork.
This was great news for me because whenever I wanted to detox, no meat & no sweet for a week, but also avoid tasteless Vegetarian, I could order meals from Kamila’s Kitchen to be delivered to my doorstep. Delicious, flavourful, V-Ital, filling food. My fave? The Trinity Glow bowl with Sesame-Cauliflower, BBQ Veggie Bounce, Roasted chickpeas on a bed of mixed greens with Quinoa. Yum!
Kamila’s fave is the new loaded Nachos. Eye-catching and spicy! Jalapeños with Walnut Meat and more?! I can’t believe it’s not Beef!

The crowd faves? Everything, but the Black and Boasie Burger with airfried breadfruit chips is always a hit, the Jerkshroom Wrap and of course the new loaded Nachos.

A bit over a month ago, Suga Taster, Tennyson and I headed up to Skyline Levels and had a full, conscience free spread including Skyline Sushi (I can’t believe it’s not Eel!) topped off with ‘Cheesecake’. They make their own cheese too. #SugaSnaps

Water is life, but Natural juices are also available and our good ol’ Jamaican Beers.

GW Art’s Annual Exhibition will be held on Wednesday, November 30 from 6PM – 10PM at Jamaica Food & Drink Kitchen in Progressive Plaza, Liguanea.
What’s an Art Exhibition without a little Wine and Charcuterie? As you sip on vino and view my new collection of Paintings, Mel’s Sticky Jams (Ig: @mels_stickyjams) will be popping up to offer samples of her locally made goodies available for sale from the JFDK Market.
Though I was not stopped in 2020, I was unable to host my Exhibition last year due to the high spike during the pandemic.
