Did you know sometimes when you feel hungry, you are actually just thirsty? Hydration is important. Drink some water and give your body 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer, to get the message to your brain.
Drinking 8 8-ounce glasses/2L/ half a gallon of water per day is ideal.

A lot of us may not like the taste of Oatmeal, but when it comes to a Healthy Breakfast, Oatmeal is best. The trick is to spice up your Oatmeal with a dash of Nutmeg and Cinnamon, then sweeten it the healthy way!
Try adding a Banana, Blueberries, a few raisins, a small amount of Strawberries and you’ve got your daily serving of Fruits in the same bowl too.
If you don’t like eating fruits, it’s a WIN WIN.
If adding any Milk, ensure you use an unsweetened, original low calorie Almond Milk or skimmed Milk.
