New Healthy Spot Alert! Who Knew Ackee Patty Could Tie Yuh?!

Happy Monday! Start the week off right and check out the NEW Veganly Vegetarian Cafe !

They just opened last Monday & Suga visited last Thursday in their compact, cosy spot tucked away in Seymour Park Business Complex on Old Hope Road.

Hospitable Owner, Nadene McKay wasn’t joking when she said her Ackee Patty sells like hot bread, then it end up tyin’ me like a good stew peas.

Of course the crust is healthy, made of Amaranth, Cornmeal and Spelt Flour. Also, I love when Ackee has a little seasoning and isn’t oily.

I had tasty, Vegetable Lentil Soup to round it off as a meal and I was fully satisfied. (Total spent: J$850)

Can’t wait to try one of Veganly Vegetarian Cafe’s hot meals soon!

Menu changes daily and they have natural Juices, Wraps and Salads too.
