The Mona Lions visited the residents of George Abraham’s Home in Bryce Hill, August Town on Saturday, April 4, 2020. They provided them with warm meals, bun & cheese and care packages including essential cleaning agents and grocery items.
Kudos to the Lions Clubs for their good deeds, especially in this time of crisis.

Any woman who wears a Gold Wedding dress must be quite a goal reacher and a stunner.
Kerry Croft is her name. Kerry is the Owner of Vitamin M Box, which helps customers find minority produced products that they love while promoting and supporting minority entrepreneurship.
Also, every three months, the Vitamin M Box donates 10% of its proceeds to a Charity of choice that helps in building the Black Community.
Kerry has been selected to bring minority produced products beyond your doorstep and into your living rooms via a talk show, the Vitamin M Suite. The show will launch this Spring on Apple TV, Roku and Amazon Fire Stick!
Expect to see Black Entrepreneurs sit and discuss their ideas and businesses as they inspire and uplift others.
Did I mention Kerry is Jamaican and Suga’s cousin?! #ProudJamaican #ProudCuzzo #BlackExcellence

You can still support ‘Hands in Art’ from Lister Mair/Gilby High for the Deaf.
They still have Paintings and a Framed Drawing available that were guided by Suga Lifestyle’s, GW Art by Gabby. Check them out here!
*Prices range from $2500JMD to $7500JMD
These Paintings and Wooden signs by GW Art are also still available for purchase, where part proceeds will go to the school.
‘Hands in Art’ is a Suga Lifestyle & Rotaract Club of New Kingston Arts and Entrepreneurship Initiative with Lister Mair/Gilby High for the Deaf. The Project also has the support of e-Learning Jamaica Co. Ltd. ‘Impact Through Unity’ is Rotaract’s theme for the year, which inspired the majority of the pieces.
Last Saturday at Suga Lifestyle’s V-Day Pop Up Shop, the kids showcased their Paintings guided by Gabrielle Burgess, Founder/Owner of GW Art and Jewellery guided by Bianca Bartley, CEO/Creative Director of Peace-is of Bianca. All proceeds from sales went towards the students’ educational resources and the school’s infrastructure and there is still a need for more funding, for instance, to supply classrooms with fans that are currently without.
Support a good cause. Our Children are our Future.

Suga had an Epiphany! After over 2 years of testing various handpoured soy wax Candles from various artisans to find a special one other than Beryl + Blossom and Laura Alexis Candles, I found The Epiphany: Beyond Body. There were a few more suggestions to try, but Marsha-Lee Hutchinson’s branding, packaging and general presentation on Instagram grabbed me.
I tried her Coffee Candle (6oz) as well as the ‘Mi Rate Yuh!’ Blackberry with Vanilla (9oz) for Valentine’s. The Coffee candle when lit was strong the way I like it. The Blackberry and Vanilla was a bit faint when lit, but definitely soothing as more time went by.
The Epiphany: Beyond Body is now a Suga Artisan and will have her handpoured Soy wax Candles, including the Valentine’s line on special, Chocolate and Coffee Body Scrubs too for great prices! She also offers Skincare products.
Look out for The Epiphany: Beyond Body this Saturday!
