Hollywood and Sports stars showed up to witness their friends create history!
Suga is happy to announce that these two toned it down from the last Royal Wedding – Princess Eugenie and Beatrice!
Head-turners!
Queen Elizabeth II looked regal in Lime
Meghan’s Mom, Doria tearful throughout the Ceremony with joy, but held it together well
The moment we were all waiting for! The Bride’s Arrival and The Dress!Â
Designer revealed – No Ralph and Russo, but a Givenchy Haute Couture Wedding Gown custom designed by Clare Waight Keller!
Suga’s thoughts on The Dress –
Disappointing – since no-one will say it and fashionistas on e! went speechless, but maybe not in a good way. I would have loved to see some lace, maybe even some pearls and intricate beading. However, the dress fitted Meghan’s personality. It was simple, but elegant with a gorgeous neckline and a stunning 16 foot veil.
Let’s not forget the accessory that stood out, her tiara! She got to handpick Queen Mary’s Diamond bandeau tiara from the Royal collection.
Prince Harry, Here comes your Girl!
Tearful Fact:
Harry handpicked Lady Diana’s Forget-Me-Not flowers for Meghan’s bouquet as a tribute to his Mother
Quite a romantic union reflecting the mixed cultures well, many fairytale moments and we witnessed the love Harry and Meghan obviously share.
Congratulations to Prince Harry and Meghan, the Newlyweds and now the Duke and Duchess of Sussex!
They are currently attending the Reception. Now let’s eat some Wedding cake! It sure is ready!

A blind date set up by a mutual friend!
Breaking Traditions
*Royal Weddings usually take place during the week
*Royal Weddings do not normally involve a Best Man. Prince William broke tradition and so is Prince Harry
*Bridal party members are supposed to be single
*The Bride usually travels with her Father before he gives her away. Meghan chose her Mother.
Who will the Bride be wearing?!
A £100,000 (~$135000 USD) beaded creation by London-based Australian designers Ralph & Russo.
Pre-Wedding Drama
Meghan’s Father got involved in paparazzi drama recently with pictures he allegedly staged of himself looking at images of Prince Harry and Meghan as well as images of London. However, this has nothing to do with the announcement recently made. Just days before the wedding, Thomas Sr. got sick. Meghan has confirmed that sadly, he will not attend the Wedding. Thomas Sr. is recovering in Mexico from heart surgery and Meghan stated that she hopes he will have space to focus on his health.
Who will Walk Meghan down the Aisle?
According to Kensington Palace, it was important to the Bride that both her parents have roles in the wedding. Meghan’s mother, Doria will travel with her in the car to Windsor castle.
Doria will depart the Bride’s car at St. George’s Chapel and the Bridesmaids and Pageboys will climb in. Bride, Meghan Markle will then be driven to the West door where her father, Thomas Sr. was supposed to await her to walk her down the aisle. Prince Harry’s Father, Prince Charles will take Thomas Sr.’s place on Meghan’s Big day and walk her down the aisle but will not give her away.

The Eastern and Western Conference Finals have been set and the battle to reach the NBA Finals starts this Sunday!
Here’s your Schedule!
How was the road to the Eastern and Western Conference Finals for the Cavs, Celtics, Rockets and Warriors?
Cavs
It was an easy road for the Cavs. Too easy. They swept the Raptors, who are the #1 seed in the East. It’s obvious the Cavs are a different team from the season though.
Celtics
The Celtics have renewed their rivalry with the 76ers. Such vintage basketball! The end result, 4-1 of the series doesn’t do the 76ers justice though, because there were some close games. Suga has to give kudos to the rookies who have really made the Playoffs exciting again. With some more growth, the future of basketball is in good hands.
Star of game 5? Young, Jayson Tatum. He scored 25 points last Wednesday night to help the Celtics reach the finals with a marginal 114-112 win.
Speaking of rookies, take a look at these Playoff stats!
Suga’s Eastern Conference Finals Prediction:
Cavs in 5! …maybe 6
Without Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving, the Celtics have really surprised everyone with how far they have reached and how well they have played.
However, Suga thinks that their fairy tale will come to an end versus LeBron and the Cavs. They look stronger compared to last year, but they cannot stop LeBron James. LeBron is a freight train right now and playing the best basketball of his career, finally getting those game winners and more. He has also managed to elevate his team.
Rockets
The Jazz hardly had a chance versus the Rockets, much less without Ricky Rubio who was out with a hamstring injury. Rookie, Donovan Mitchell with comparable stats to Allen Iverson and MJ for his 1st Playoff season, led the team to put up a good fight. Just when they were showing signs of prolonging the series, Mitchell had a collision with Harden hurting his knee and had to sit out the rest of the game. It all went downhill for them after that. Harden was a bit under the weather, but CP3 was on fire and led the Rockets to seal the deal in Game 5.
Warriors
The Pelicans were no challenge for the Warriors. With the return of Curry from a knee injury and with the team starting to look like the Warriors again, they shut down Anthony Davis and the Pelicans easily to reach the Western Conference Finals.
Suga’s Western Conference Finals Prediction:
Warriors in 6!
The Rockets are the #1 seed in the West, have gained CP3 and claim they have a team built to beat the Warriors. However, I just don’t think they will make the cut. The Warriors usually rise to the occasion versus each opponent and I think that with a healthy Stephen Curry, they are mentally and physically prepared to not only beat the Rockets, but win another Championship.
Stay tuned! Don’t you just love this game?!

Nestled in Jack’s Hill with a view of the capital, Kingston, is Kingsworth Hostel. Kingsworth is a Bed and Breakfast that caters to travellers looking for affordable and peaceful accommodation with an interest to explore other places in Kingston and Jamaica as well as attend various cultural events.
Comments:Â The Sugar Mill Restaurant lived up to its reputation for a high standard of service and food quality surrounded by the perfect ambience in an authentic, rustic garden setting. Seating at this fine-dining restaurant was spacious and sufficient, giving diners multiple options, including by the actual Waterwheel.
The menu is diverse, offering international cuisine with a Jamaican flair. Dishes arrived in a timely manner. The meats were cooked to perfection, well seasoned and complemented by other items for added, unique flavours. Well mixed drinks from the bar accompanied our dinner. Sugar Mill Restaurant is the perfect place to impress a date or to enjoy with family. #SugaEndorsed
Sugar Mill Restaurant has quite an assortment of breads with dips to tease the appetite, such as Cho cho with saltfish, a Blue Cheese dip and an Escoveitch dip. If you’re not careful, you will be left with very little space for your main or dessert.
My husband and I received a taste of Tuna with spicy aioli to start us off, compliments of the Chef.
Have a look at our other divine dishes!
How did their Lamb Chops surpass that of Terra Nova’s for Suga?
The satisfying serving size was similar, but slightly larger than Terra Nova’s Lamb chops. Both are well seasoned, tender cuts that are cooked how I like it, medium rare, but Sugar Mill gets the edge with its flavour and the crust that developed on top as it was cooked for the right amount of time, which made it perfection.
Terra Nova’s signature Mint and Pomegranate Au Jus that accompanies the Lamb Chops is savoury, but I didn’t mind the change with Sugar Mill’s tasty and juicy Tangelo Fruit Chutney. Sugar Mill gets the marginal win!
My husband enjoyed this change in comparison to his usual cut of Beef Tenderloin. It was well seasoned and cooked to medium rare perfection. Since the veal is younger, it was a lighter, more tender meat that he appreciated.
We were too full for Dessert, so either the Chef felt like being generous to us or he knew Suga was in the house! We were given Sweet treats compliments of the Chef. Delish!
Dinner for two at the established, fine-dining Sugar Mill Restaurant can run a couple a bit over $200USD, but it is usually totally worth it. Prices quoted attracted an additional 10% G.C.T and 15% Service charge, however locals get 20% off the bill.
Kudos to the Chef and staff for an exquisite dinner and to our courteous waiter, Dexter Lloyd who provided exceptional service.
