It was such a pleasure to share the knowledge of Breast Cancer, Signs & Symptoms, How to do a Self Test and most importantly, how to prepare for a Mammogram or Ultrasound.
Less than 5% of Females get their Mammograms done in Jamaica annually. Let’s change that. Spread the Awareness.

Grilled Chicken Breast with roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables from Centro Restaurant at Courtyard, Marriott, Kingston.
I am not sure why, but many of us don’t realise you can visit the Courtyard Marriott by NHT, New Kingston (Ig: @courtyardkingstonjamaica) at their Restaurant, Centro and have Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
They finally seem to be getting a lunch crowd though. The wait was a bit long this time, so perhaps call ahead?
You can go healthy too. Besides my Whisky sour, I had Grilled Chicken Breast with roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables.
The food is consistently up to standard despite any change in Chefs and so are the Cocktails!
I would go for Breakfast or Dinner next time though. They have meeting rooms to explore too. Check them out!

Lesson relearnt yesterday: It’s not about how you start, it’s how you finish. Get your ‘ish’ together and FINISH STRONG.
