Fling back Friday a.k.a #fbf to an amazing showcase of 30 local businesses focusing on MSMEs and highlighting Handcrafted, Handmade, JAMAICAN last Saturday at Suga Lifestyle’s Christmas Connection at The Jamaica Pegasus.

The 1-stop Christmas shop that had patrons leaving with Bags upon Bags of gifts and goodies and smiles from ear to ear.

With the errands that come with the Christmas season and so many other events and happenings on the day, Suga Lifestyle is grateful and thankful for YOUR support. All 300 of you!

My Dear Selected Suga Artisans, you did a fantastic job preparing for the show, showcasing the BEST of what Jamaica has to offer in one space and interacting with patrons on a different level. This makes the Connection, Suga Lifestyle’s Christmas Connection an Experience and not just a shopping event.

To add that sprinkle of the good Suga on top, the Experience was enhanced by tasting the World’s Best Coffee, Jablum Coffee Blue Mountain Jamaican Coffee and Wines, from Select Brands with the one and only Wine Lady Debra pairing with our local Chocolatiers Chocollor Chocolate & Fall in Chocolate.

Also, a memorable performance by Spechinal produced by Big Tings Music. BIG up.

Yesterday was the handover of Suga Lifestyle Charities Ltd.’s sponsored donation to Rotaract Club of New Kingston’s Stationery Drive.

Reading and Colouring books along with Stationery & School supplies were donated to the Glenhope Nursery & Pre-School in Richmond Park Kingston, off Maxfield Avenue.

Many Projects have been delayed during the pandemic, so even though it was hard to hear the kids in a building nearby and not be able to talk or play with them, the genuine feeling of joy expressed by Glenhope Nursery’s Procurement Officer, Ms. Walters was priceless.

I am feeling Thankful and Blessed for another great year. 35 was surely a year into Overdrive. Now I will try to reshift the focus to a little bit more me. Self care, self love and keeping young while nobody can quarantine my hustle.
