Be inspired, take a leaf out of her book, keep up this Elaineted Spirit and have a productive week!

Happy Monday and CONGRATULATIONS Ladies! We RUN where you Vacation!
Congratulations to Elaine Thompson- Herah, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Shericka Jackson on sweeping the Women’s 100m! We are so proud of all of you. Timing is everything. Congratulations to your coaches and training camp. Congratulations Jamaica!
We have made and experienced history once again. Aren’t you happy you witnessed it?!
WOW. 10.61 is the NEW Olympic record set by our silent assassin Elaine Thompson-Herah, followed by our pocket rocket Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce’s 10.74 and Shericka Jackson’s PB of 10.76! Spectacular performance. We all know it was overdue for that 33-year old record to go!
It’s a new HERAH! Happy Emancipation Jamaica!
Then last night, Megan Tapper filled our hearts. The epitome of Likkle but Tallawah! Start your week off with Megan Tapper’s positive energy and you’ll WIN.
Our likkke bundle of joy, Megan Tapper won the Bronze in the Women’s 100m hurdles last night, but at the looks of it, you can’t tell us she didn’t win Gold at heart.
Thanks for uplifting Jamaica and our squad yesterday Megan. We love you. Congrats again to you and your entire team. Keep shining.
Tomorrow morning at 7:25am we cheer on Natoya Goule in the 800m Final, who has a great chance to medal and at 7:50am, our ladies, Elaine Thompson-Herah and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce are up again, this time for the finals of the 200m. Let’s wish them all the best!

What an accomplishment for our pocket rocket, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, right?!
Suga cannot let another minute go by without Congratulating our Sprint Queen, Shelly, who won the Women’s 100m Final at the Doha World Championships in 10.71s! Her first major event after giving birth to her son, Zyon.
It is a pity Elaine Thompson could not give Jamaica the 1-2, but it has been said that her achilles tendon is acting up again with soreness. All the best to Elaine in the 200m!
