A few Sundays ago, a Jamaican and his neighbours in Michigan a.k.a Stonegate Smoke fired up the ol’ smoker and put on a marinated tri-tip (triangular cut from the bottom sirloin) from Byron Centre Meats. It finished with an 800° sear!

Mouth-watering meat charred to perfection makes any face happy during quarantine.
