Closed out the Weekend Lockdown Edition in fine style! Who doesn’t like Ice Cream on a Sunday ?!
Artiscoop is on the rise with a variety of mouth-watering flavours, where Artisan, also Doctor and Photographer, Jodi-Ann Millen keeps coming up with more!
It was hard to choose, but I happily settled with the Chocolate Strawberry flirt (with Cafe Blue Chocolate by Nadine Burie), Otaheite Lemonade Sorbet, White Chocolate Raspberries, Red Wine & S’mores and my fave, Strawberry French Toast with Coffee Syrup. Absolutely unique and delicious! The texture was creamy as it should be, but also didn’t melt too fast. The Sorbet was fruity, icy and on point.

Oh Suga! I was just 1 weekend shy of JD’s Urban Pub’s Weekend 2-4-1 Breakfast Special at The Liguanea Club, New Kingston.
It was a bleaky, cool and quiet morning two Saturdays ago before the 12 noon Lockdown. My husband, Randy and I visited JD’s Urban Pub
at The Liguanea Club, where their usually extensive menu was understandably limited.
Our waitress was polite, patient and attentive.
Randy enjoyed a traditional Jamaican Breakfast with Ackee and Saltfish and boiled food.
I had my beloved Ackee the day before, so opted for Blueberry Pancakes and Eggs over easy.
Everything was made fresh to order. Freshly cooked, tasty Breakfast and breezy outdoor dining overlooking lush lawns and activity on the tennis courts at JD’s Urban Pub at The Liguanea Club in New Kingston.

While the majority of Kingston flocked to the North coast Easter Weekend, hubby and I enjoyed a quiet Saturday morning at Café el Centro.
Freshly cooked, tasty Breakfast and encouraged outdoor dining at the usually cosy Café on Hillcrest Avenue topped off with Miss Tina Newman’s unforgettable homey hospitality.
