As you enter, you will see a sign showing that basically Good Food takes Time. Definitely freshly made, cooked to order. So if hungry, call ahead. They have THE widest range of healthy options.
Quite a clean, cosy atmosphere with a handful of in and out diners. I observed that most persons picked up their orders and the staff were polite and professional.
I had the Bad Ass Black Bean Burger with their own signature dressing in a Sprouted Spelt Burger Bun (J$2000); Baked Sweet Potato Fries that were air-fried and tossed in Cinnamon and Paprika (J$700); Immune Booster Smoothie with Spinach, Kale, Celery, Lime/Lemon Juice, Ginger and Ginger (J$950)
Hubby had the Chicken Fettuccine (whole wheat) in Pesto Scotchy White Wine topped off with parmesan cheese (J$2800).
Great flavours with a touch of spicy and we left feeling full and satisfied.

Bob Marley: One Love (2024) I am happy with the Movie based on what it was chosen to portray.
There are so many aspects of Bob’s life, especially the lead up to the shooting and the Smile Jamaica concert that could have gotten more attention, but with 1.5hrs, perhaps a budget and keeping us focused on THE MESSAGE, with brilliant acting from Kingsley Ben-Adir and the overall cast, I am happy. Kingsley’s jawline was a bit too clean though eh
Anyhow, it showed the heaviness Bob had to carry during his time away in London, not only as an artiste, but as a person, a totally different perspective from the documentary on Netflix, ReMastered: Who Shot The Sheriff?
I rewatched the documentary immediately after returning home from the movie.
Every artiste struggles with going on tour, missing their family, but tour dates are scheduled eh? Bob Marley: One Love (2024) captured how Bob was basically forced into Exile. He missed home and his family, but couldn’t return out of fear for his life as Jamaica went through its worst times yet, overcome by political violence. He approached making the album, EXODUS as if he had a deadline to deliver THE MESSAGE, which he actually unknowingly had.
Rita GOT her flowers. The documentary brushed over her getting shot and the movie really captured how serious it was, how much worse it could have been and the impact it had on Bob and his decision to even go into Exile. The ups and downs in their relationship and extended family tree was not unnecessarily dwelled upon and was depicted respectfully.
The irony of not knowing who his father was, yet basically ending up being killed by that same bloodline cut deep. BUT, he lived a full, RICH life and most importantly, delivered THE MESSAGE that will live on for Years.
Many including myself thought he should be a hero, be on money etc., but after watching this movie, it has resonated that there is only #OneBob. He is more than a Hero, He is A True Legend.
One Love. XoXo, Suga
