Filling, tasty & healthy all at the same time. Get your Pre-Christmas burn on. The Holidays are fast approaching and I’m sure we will celebrate whether we can afford to or not.

Last Sunday at Fromage Brasserie
in the The Market Place, I had the Grilled Salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.

I ditched the creamy sauce and requested a lemon sauce on the side. I didn’t get that, but the crusted almond topping was good enough for me.

Uncorked…not just for Wine. Go EAT!

It’s been weeks since I’ve been to Uncorked’s Sovereign North location, but I always expect delectable dishes paired with premium wines. I wasn’t disappointed.

I was eating healthy, versus hubby’s Gourmet Burger (all of them are good), until I had a craving for Cheese.

Our courteous & attentive server, Norjah recommended the Black Bomber Cheese and it was really da Bomb! We had Goat cheese with truffles too. Delish!

I paired with an old fave, Miol Prosecco.

Suga hit the new Breakfast and Lunch Spot on Roseneath Avenue, Kingston Green Gourmet last Saturday.

I am not going lie, with lockdown the next day, I ordered two meals because healthy bowls are not usually filling for me 😃 BUT Green Gourmet’s signature Vegan Stew Bowl pleasantly surprised me. It wasn’t boring or bland to the palate and I was full! You can choose unlimited toppings for your first visit and three (3) thereafter. Their Pineapple and tomato salsa really enhanced the flavour of the meal. I had a Green Smoothie too.

If you would just like to eat stress free, my husband, Randy enjoyed his Ramen Bowl with Shrimp and a Red Stripe. Again, rich flavours.
